(off of Rt 30, near Premier Gymnastics).
Small group workout sessions led by a degreed Exercise
5 days per week
Monday-Friday 5-6am and 6-7am
Drop-Ins are welcome Monday-Friday at 5am and 6am
Different types of workouts each day of the week.

Sperling has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She received her degree in
Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her certifications
include American College of Sports Medicine, Level I USA Triathlon Coach, Aerobics and Fitness
Association of America, YogaFit, Moms In Motion, Madd Dog Athletics Spinning and Movement Incorporated
Pilates. Tiffanie has developed a post-mastectomy rehabilitation/fitness workout program in
conjunction with Northwestern Memorial Hospital and was a teaching assistant for Techniques of Teaching Aerobics
course at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

along with many others looking to "get fit." She also trains and educates other Personal Trainers and Group
Exercise Instructors as a presenter/master instructor. She is the owner and founder of Big Belly Fitness, a
fitness company dedicated helping moms and moms-to-be stay fit,Fit by Tif, a fitness company dedicated
to personal training, running and triathlon training, and Multisport Moms Network, an online resource
for moms involved or interested in endurance sports.
following the birth of her third child, Tiffanie started competing in road races and triathlons. In just her
first three seasons, she has competed in 18 Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons and three 70.3
Ironman races. In this short time she has had several trips to the podium and qualified for Age Group Nationals.
She is currently registered and training for Ironman Louisville, which she will compete in August 2012.
