If the “mommy bulge” is your complaint, Big Belly Fitness has the “method to your ab-ness”. Our
Tummy-Time
for Mommy class is a six-week workshop/workout that will teach you the proper exercises to help
repair the damage that pregnancy and post-partum activity can cause.
Customized programs for moms or moms-to-be are offered with our personal
training sessions. Our private studio in North
Plainfield offers a setting with everything you need for an effective and efficient workout, plus you can
keep your new bundle-of-joy with you while you workout (toddler care also available). In-home sessions are also available.
